Email addresses collected through the newsletter signup are used to send the weekly AI newsletter for Southern California small businesses. Email addresses collected through the webinar signup are used to send information about upcoming monthly webinars. We will not send unrelated marketing emails or sell your address to any third party.

How your data is stored

Email addresses are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database hosted in the United States. Cloudflare’s infrastructure is SOC 2 Type II certified. Your data is not shared with, sold to, or processed by any third party beyond Cloudflare’s hosting infrastructure.

Your rights

You may request deletion of your email address at any time by calling (213) 563-6204, texting (213) 563-6204, or by sending a text to that number with your email address and the word “unsubscribe.” We will remove your data within 5 business days.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
